'''Duties'''- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Previous experience in cash handling and sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively upsell and promote products
- Experience in technology sales, jewelry sales, or retail sales is a plus
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems is beneficial
