Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Utilize accrual accounting principles for accurate financial reporting
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Collaborate with property management teams to address financial inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in regulations and compliance
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related laws
- Strong financial acumen with a grasp of financial concepts
- Familiarity with, and estate law is a plus
Pay:
$68, $80,000.00 per year
