***The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the efficient functioning and activities of the office. This dynamic position requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities. The successful individual will serve as a central point of contact for executives, coordinate office activities, and contribute to the overall effectiveness and productivity of the organization.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & TRAINING:


  • High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related administrative and clerical experience required.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting Clevel executives or senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Previous experience in Pharmaceuticals is a plus.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:


Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive highlevel administrative support and assistance to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for executive decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Assist with research and information gathering on various projects and initiatives.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Document Management

  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team members to support crossfunctional projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for officerelated inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
