I need a quote for two options: one for changing the electrical panel and another for keeping the current one

With the following:
Changing the entire electrical panel (while keeping the house wiring to the maximum):

Replacing breakers and differentials.

One possible approach could be:

Installation of a general automatic switch for the house, 40A curve C with permanent and transient overvoltage limiter.
40A 30mA type A differential.
Separating into circuits:
40A 30mA type AC differential.

Circuit 1:
lighting, 10A breaker (already exists).

Circuit 2:
power, 16A breaker (already exists).

Circuit 3:
kitchen/oven, 25A breaker (new with 6mm cable).

Circuit 4:
washing machine, dishwasher, 20A breaker (already exists).

40A 30mA type AC differential.

Circuit 9:
air conditioning, 25A breaker (6mm cable).

For the air conditioning:

New air conditioning circuit, with new pipes to the upper floor and ceiling of the ground floor. Protected by a 25A breaker and 6mm cable.
Install pipes to the upper floor and ceiling of the ground floor with 6mm cable.
Change the cable for the kitchen (oven and kitchen current Circuit 3). Now it is recommended to use the same type of protection as for the air condition
