Your responsibilities:
Independent management of your department and handling of customer concerns
Leading your team and setting an example for your employees, for example in terms of development
Making decisions, for example regarding complaints or other customer inquiries
Budget and success responsibility, as well as aligning your department with business metrics
Ensuring seasonal availability of products and maintaining quality and freshness of plants
Implementing concepts (e.g. seasonal advertising displays), services, and internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)
Ensuring product availability, inventory security, and processes in collaboration with the logistics team
Supporting sales
As part of the store management, you represent the company internally and externally


What you bring:
Experience in retail, for example as a retail merchant (m/f/d), retail specialist, business economist, or in a trade, for example as a landscape architect, garden landscaper, master craftsman, technician, or equivalent professional experience
Several years of experience in leadership and employee development
