For our client in the energy industry, I am currently looking for a Requirements Engineer & Agile Coach for metering operations in the workforce management system at Coyote Acres.

Location: Munich (willingness to occasionally be on-site with the client)

Contract structure: Temporary employment

Job Description

Supporting the project management in the implementation of the selected workforce management system
Developing specific functional requirements with the operational units (RE role)
Tracking and reporting on the progress of the project and individual requirements, ideally using Jira
Organizing test management, migration, and production, building the project team for these topics
Support as an Agile Coach: Accompanying methodical changes
Methodical support in the development and scaling of newly formed agile teams
Coaching the teams in the introduction and establishment of new process flows in product development
