We are currently seeking a (Senior) Internal Auditor (m/f/d) to join our team in Bradley Gardens, NJ.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Conducting processoriented audits to ensure the accuracy, order, and appropriateness of business processes in all organizational units
Evaluating the functionality and reliability of internal control and information systems
Independently assessing identified weaknesses and risks and their impact on processes and company development
Working closely with the Compliance Management team to ensure the continuous improvement of our audits
Developing actionable recommendations and measures to mitigate findings and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Creating audit reports, conducting followup audits, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures
Reporting directly to the CFO

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications, preferably with a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification or similar qualification
Experience in financial auditing or a similar role, ideally in an international company
Strong knowledge of audit processes, methods, and tools, as well as experience in
