Caretaker (m/f/d) for our main location in
Mainz:


Tasks that inspire you:


  • You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work in the buildings, as well as monitoring technical systems (heating, ventilation, electricity, etc.).
  • Maintaining the outdoor areas (gardening, cleaning our parking lot and walkways, etc.) is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will coordinate and supervise external service providers.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have completed a vocational training in a trade (e.g. electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.) and have experience in building maintenance and care.
  • You have knowledge of handling technical systems.
  • You are used to working independently and responsibly, and possess teamwork and communication skills.
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B
