Your task:

Operational management of marketing for a B2B sales service provider
Continuous lead generation
Coordination and project control with our business clients
Establishment, leadership (professional and disciplinary), support and motivation of the team
Independent planning of projects
Creation and evaluation of key figures, reports and statistics

What you bring:

Proven experience in marketing and the willingness to work independently
Success in the B2B sector for services, e.g. customer acquisition, potential analyses, NPS comparisons
Sales talent with sales ambition and a high level of customer and service orientation
Communication skills as well as a friendly, confident and empathetic demeanor
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Technical understanding and willingness to learn new things (product information, software, etc.) Fluent German language skills
