Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Specialist for a NYCHA construction project to join our team.

As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, as well as developing and implementing data solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing valuable insights and driving data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

Data/reporting manager who does analysis and collection of data.
Crunch numbers and produce graphical reports to measure progress
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics tools, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data management processes

Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in analytics tools
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in datasets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
