The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for a reliable
Construction Site Safety Manager for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous vacation pay and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.
As a Construction Site Safety Manager, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring and adapting safety procedures and operations to ensure a safe and fully compliant work environment for all employees.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's safety and training program.
- Analyze incident reports, metrics, and injury case studies in order to institute changes that lead to a safer environment.
- Manage company's fleet telematics system.
- Provide safety training for employees on policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and advise management on safety issues and compliance.
- Conduct investigations by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data from accidents and injuries.
- Perform coaching and counseling on safety issues.
- Maintain accurate and current records in accordance with OSHA and Worker's Comp guidelines.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a construction safety related role (required)
- 1+ years of experience in site development (preferred)
- OSHA Certified Training (preferred)
- Clean driver license (required)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable learning operationcritical software and proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas effectively to a wide range of audiences.

From $80,000.00 per year
