NAPPI certification to be completed within the designated period after hiring.
Demonstrate proficiency in various areas including lifespan development, therapeutic processes, behavioral management, and building therapeutic relationships.
Interact professionally, ethically, and compassionately with patients, families, and fellow staff members.
Possess critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Capable of functioning effectively in high-pressure environments and taking appropriate actions as needed.
Prior experience in mental health is highly preferred.
Experience in group facilitation is strongly advantageous.
Familiarity with CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care principles and interventions is beneficial.
Ability to perform a wide range of physical motions, including patient handling, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
Normal range of vision and hearing required.
Readiness to work in stressful conditions and flexible hours.
Potential exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
Medium Work involving lifting and moving objects.
Demands exceed those of Light Work.
