Job Title:
Medical Scribe

Assignment type: 13 weeks contract, 100% onsite

Location: 18133 Ventura Blvd. Suite 401, Tarzana, CA 91356

Contract: 13 Week

Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)

Job Summary:


  • Accompany physician during patient encounter
  • Transcribe the physiciandictated patient history
  • Transcribe the physical examination findings and procedures performed by the physician
  • Transcribe the results of laboratory and radiographic studies
  • Transcribe patient education and explanation of risks and benefits of procedures performed by the physician
  • Transcribe pending orders for referrals, tests, medications, and procedures as dictated by the physician
  • Transcribe all proper diagnoses and symptoms, followup instructions, and prescription information as directed
  • Prepare and edit the scribed document for physician review and signature.

Required Qualifications:


  • 6+ months of experience as a Medical Scribe
  • COVID with Booster Required
  • Experience with CS Link/Epic

Job Type:

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
