    Project Scheduler
    gpac is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical Construction industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team.

    Responsibilities:


    • Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
    • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules.
    • Monitor and track project progress, identifying any risks or delays.
    • Make adjustments to schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Conduct sites walk downs when needed to gather accurate project data.
    • Communicate effectively with project members of all levels, providing updates on scheduling and addressing any concerns or issues.

    Essential Job Functions:


    • Minimum of 35 years of experience in a Project Scheduling role for small and large capital projects.
    • Proficient in Primavera P6 software, with the ability to set up and manage resource loaded schedules.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Project or similar software is a plus.
    • Selfmotivated and detailoriented, with excellent organizational skills.
    • Advanced analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and researching for solutions.

    Skills:


    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
    • Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detailoriented and highly organized.
    • Advanced analytical and problemsolving abilities.

    Salary: $75,000 - $130,000
