We are looking for a Coordinator for our facility in Neukirchen b. Hl. Blut, Hokendauqua, PA in the field of electronics (E4).

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating the work of employees in the testing department
Training new employees
Timely completion of production orders
Optimal use of available resources (e.g. personnel, materials, equipment)
Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations (e.g. occupational safety)
Participation in product and process optimizations

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical education with further training as a master or technician (m/f/d)
Resilience and assertiveness
Leadership skills
Communication and teamwork skills
Initiative and reliability
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Experience in personnel management desirable
