Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require indepth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Arrange all domestic and international travel plans for various physicians and members of leadership.
  • Maintain and update contact lists for business arrangements, schedules, and all information requests.
  • Serve as a project lead on projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Maintain, organize, and process all internal and external documents, expense reports, and invoices.
  • Manage and arrange calendars, meetings, and schedules daily for the CEO and COO.
  • Assisting in the management of the physician weekend oncall and vacation calendar, including Northridge Hospital.
  • Prepare and plan for leadership meetings, including, but not limited to taking the appropriate meeting minutes and coordinating virtual sessions.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit all correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Managing DocuSign and gathering signatures as needed.
  • Helping to facilitate and be the point.

Pay:
From $66,560.00 per year
