Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require indepth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
- Arrange all domestic and international travel plans for various physicians and members of leadership.
- Maintain and update contact lists for business arrangements, schedules, and all information requests.
- Serve as a project lead on projects as assigned by leadership.
- Maintain, organize, and process all internal and external documents, expense reports, and invoices.
- Manage and arrange calendars, meetings, and schedules daily for the CEO and COO.
- Assisting in the management of the physician weekend oncall and vacation calendar, including Northridge Hospital.
- Prepare and plan for leadership meetings, including, but not limited to taking the appropriate meeting minutes and coordinating virtual sessions.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit all correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Managing DocuSign and gathering signatures as needed.
- Helping to facilitate and be the point.

Pay:
From $66,560.00 per year
