And now, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Director for our Kita Wolkenstürmer in Frankfurt.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 1 to the end of primary school.

You will be responsible for their care, education, and development, and will have the opportunity to lead various projects and encourage the children's participation.

As a reliable and supportive partner, you will be involved in all aspects of their daily routine and work closely with parents to ensure a well-rounded education.

In addition to your role as a pedagogical specialist, you will also take on the role of Deputy Director for 19.25 hours per week, supporting the Director in their tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have a state-recognized qualification as a childcare professional in Hessen or a degree in social pedagogy or a related field.

You should also have at least 3 years of practical experience, ideally with some previous leadership experience.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, a team player, and a strong communicator, with a passion for creativity and openness to new ideas.
