Some of the responsibilities include:

• Process and approve lease invoices by loading electronic data and matching to the PDF invoice. Research any discrepancies and approve before the deadline.
• Perform pre and post audit to ensure all invoices have been approved at the correct rate. Reviewed all approved data and file claims against lessors if any discrepancies are found. Follow up with lessors until claims have been cleared.
• Audit rail/car movements by reviewing the miles reported by the railroads. Analyze the records and file claims against major railroads. Follow up with railroads to make sure claims are worked in a timely manner.
• Able to communicate with customers, leasing companies and railroads.
• Able to communicate and assist the rest of the team.
• Strong work ethics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments
• Organized/Detail Oriented
• Able to multi task, great team player
• Great judgement and great common sense
• Microsoft Word, Excel proficient
• Microsoft Access preferred
• 24 year college preferred or 2 years experience in a similar field

Pay:
$45, $47,000.00 per year
