Job Specifics:

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 + Bonus Potential on Growth of Profitability

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize systems to turbocharge efficiency in our real estate business in Sarasota, FL.
  • Coordinate agent schedules like a maestro to ensure seamless operations.
  • Keep our databases accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth sailing for all transactions.
  • Work your magic with marketing materials, coordinating development and distribution with precision.
  • Supervise agent appointments and handle client communications with finesse.
  • Keep a hawk's eye on transaction documents and information, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Ensure every client walks away with a smile, working closely with our amazing team.

Qualifications:


  • Previous real estate experience preferred for this Sarasota, FL role.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Office Management Platforms, and CRMs is a must.
  • The ability to quickly grasp and implement new processes.
  • A background of 13 years supporting professionals in real estate or similar servicebased industries.
  • This isn't an entrylevel sales role—it requires a dedicated administrator to support the principal.
