Oxville, IL is looking for a skilled and compassionate Pflegefachkraft/ Altenpfleger (m/w/d) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and professional nursing care to our residents.

Your tasks will include performing basic and treatment nursing care according to our facility's concept, documenting and planning care, ensuring quality assurance measures are met, and working closely with other team members, doctors, and legal guardians.

To be successful in this role, you must have completed a nursing education as a Pflegefachkraft (Altenpfleger/in or Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger/in), have a holistic understanding of nursing with a high standard for quality care, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

You should also have a strong sense of responsibility for your own and others' personal boundaries and resources, as well as the motivation to contribute creatively and find solutions.
