Salary Grade: T24

Job Summary: Temple University, College of Education is seeking a full-time Intake and Training Specialist to support the Temple Cares: Bridge to Employment program. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to provide training and work experiences to Philadelphia youth aged 17-24 in the healthcare field.

The Intake and Training Specialist will assist with outreach, recruitment, eligibility verification, enrollment support, and planning of program events. Responsibilities also include assessing participants' needs, assisting with job placement, and coordinating with employers.

Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience coordinating enrollment and training for grant-funded youth programs in urban communities.

  • FBI Fingerprint Background Check
  • Personally Identifiable Information
