In this role your key contributions will be:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on long-term growth and customer satisfaction
Account Planning and Sales Forecasting:
Conduct assessments to understand clients' business challenges and goals and recommend software solutions that address their specific needs.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales technical team, customer success teams and marketing team to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients and achieving sales goals.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
RequirementsFor this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills or experience, however interested candidates should still apply even if they do not have all of the below:Proven track record of success in software sales and services, with at least 5 years of experience managing enterprise or senior strategic accounts.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and client retention.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.Willingness to travel as needed.
Would be bonus if you also have:
Strong understanding of CAD/CAE/PDM/PLM software products and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry working with the following industries, Industrial Products, Automotive/Transportation, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Products, High Tech, Medical Device & Lifesciences.
