Description
  • Responsible for the technical management of the service package throughout its entire lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed service parameters (service levels, operational levels) in close coordination with service providers
  • Responsible for the cost-effectiveness of the service package, including conducting cost and quantity-based planning and forecasting
  • Continuously developing and optimizing the service package through CSI measures and new requirements
  • Providing technical support for proposal creation and supplier management
  • Deriving suitable measures from BWI's overarching strategies and implementing them
  • Participation in Bundeswehr committees (e.g. FAG, AG) and contribution to the implementation of BWI's sourcing strategy
  • Completed degree in IT or a comparable education
  • At least six years of professional experience in IT service management, including experience in technical leadership and management of virtual teams
  • Broad experience and expertise in providing and developing WLAN network technologies
  • Knowledge of ITIL, agile methods, and IT management
  • Holistic view and strong understanding of end-to-end service responsibility
  • High sense of responsibility, proactive and customer-oriented approach, decisiveness, and good communication skills
