What to expect?
- You will handle all tasks along the entire HR lifecycle
- You will be responsible for preparing monthly payroll and planning and implementing individual personnel measures
- You are the interface between employees and managers, communicating with respect and passion for HR topics
- You continuously review our HR processes and internal workflows and actively drive them forward
- You create evaluations and statistics
What should you bring?
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in human resources, and have at least two years of professional experience in HR
- You are proficient in using common MS Office programs, especially Excel
- You have excellent communication skills and high empathy
- You work independently, are committed, reliable, and have a structured way of working
