About the Company
Since 1987, we have been producing high-quality organic tofu specialties. Every day, around 320 employees work towards creating healthy and sustainably produced food. All ingredients used are purely plant-based and 100% from controlled organic farming.

We are particularly committed to the topics of regionalism, ecological agriculture, and GMO-free production, as well as in the field of common good economy. In 1997, Taifun initiated the regional, organic contract soybean cultivation in cooperation with local farmers along the Upper Rhine. An initiative that now bears fruit throughout Europe - 100% of Taifun's soybeans come from contract farmers in Germany and Europe.

Taifun is also an innovative pioneer and sets standards: in the late 1990s, we were the first company in Freiburg to be certified with the Eco-Audit. In 2005, we also received the "Innovation Award for Medium-Sized Businesses". In 2016, we were nominated for the Environmental Award and the Sustainability Award.

Taifun products are offered throughout Europe in natural food stores.
