Job Summary:


As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in testing and report writing at Cognitive Diagnostic Associates, you will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments and generating comprehensive reports.

Your responsibilities will include administering tests, collecting data, and synthesizing findings into detailed reports that contribute to the evaluation process.

Responsibilities:


Testing and Assessment:


  • Administer standardized tests and assessments to evaluate individuals' physical and mental health status.
  • Collect data on individuals' medical history, symptoms, and relevant health indicators.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify healthrelated concerns and potential barriers to learning.

Report Writing and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of testing sessions, progress notes, treatment plan recommendations, and discharge summaries.
  • Compile and analyze assessment data to generate detailed reports outlining individuals' health status and relevant findings.
  • Write clear, concise, and accurate reports that summarize assessment results, identify areas of concern, and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Ensure that reports adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines for documentation and reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, educators, and administrators, to share assessment findings and develop intervention plans.
  • Communicate assessment results and recommendations effectively to individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and collaborative discussions to support individuals' educational and healthcare needs.

Professional Development:


  • Stay updated on current nursing practices, assessment tools, and relevant research in the field.
  • Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Engage in ongoing selfreflection and seek opportunities for continuous learning and growth.

Additional Job Functions as Related:


  • Undertake additional job functions as related to occupational therapy, as required by the position.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and writing reports preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in report writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.

Job Type:

Pay:
$67, $101,435.00 per year
