Operated and developed by Happier People Management, The Water Street Associates (WSA) Building is a modern workspace for the Fashion, Arts, Culture, and Technology industries.

700,000 sq. ft.

of programming area, spread across 31 floors, will offer Health & Wellness, Dining, Retail, and the Arts intermixed with coworking spaces, offices, and a Members' community for a holistic experience.

The WSA Building project will break down barriers between the public and the once-siloed office tower, expanding the cultural offerings of the neighborhood.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant is required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions)

Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify) legally

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction

Customer-oriented and planning skills

Courteous and attentive to guests

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects
