The Relationship Coordinator will serve as a vital resource to the Settlement Operations team as a liaison between Americor and Advantage Law.

The Relationship Coordinator will be Americor's professional face and represent the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Primary point of contact between Americor and Advantage Law.
  • Facilitate the communication between Americor and Advantage Law.
  • Coordinate operational issues across all departments for Advantage Law.
  • Lead monthly meetings to touch base between Americor and Advantage law.
  • Efficiently manage an inbox of inquiries from Advantage Law regarding settlement approvals, summons concerns, client complaints, and more while ensuring clear and effective communication between both parties.
  • Identify challenges and streamline processes for Operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Operational leadership team.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Special projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of relationship management and/or vendor management experience.
  • A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical savvy: able to use multiple computer systems and quickly pick up on new ones.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Suite.
  • A strong work ethic and a highly developed sense of integrity
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
