The Student Project for Social Institutions (Stups) is a non-profit, registered association that aims to improve the lives of students in the Stuttgart region.

The association currently operates 5 project areas, including three kindergartens and the artist studio community Bauzug 3YG. The Unithekle Campusbar project area, a student-run gastronomy business, is also part of the association.


The association is represented by 12 volunteer board members who, together with a full-time executive director from the association's headquarters on the university campus in Stuttgart Vaihingen, manage the affairs of the association.

We are currently seeking a project area manager for the Unithekle Campusbar project area at our location in 70569 Stuttgart.

This individual will take on the main responsibility for the gastronomy business.

With an annual turnover of approximately 300,000€, a total of opening days per year, and several hundred guests daily, the Unithekle has evolved from a small student pub to a well-functioning gastronomy business in recent years.

In order to continue driving this process forward and to be well-positioned for the future, we are looking for a project area manager as soon as possible.
