Overview:

Duties:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets individual and department goals.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and coaching to the sales team for continuous improvement.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Previous experience in sales, and managing teams is preferred.

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
