Your Role:
Our successful Corporate Payroll Specialist promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years payroll processing (preferably ADP) experience required. Strong organizational skills and general accounting background preferred.
Responsible for daily/weekly input of payroll data on timekeeping software and payroll software.
Ensures payroll tax filings are done timely and accurately by outside service.
- Performs all other related payroll duties as assigned.
- Performs other accounting duties as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations
- Verifies timekeeping records and maintains time and attendance records
- Prepares checks for distribution
- Generates and verifies payroll reports out of the system.
- Assists with payroll audits and year end processing.
- Processes payroll at additional out of state properties.
- Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.
