Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team.

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance
Complete accurate incident reports detailing any securityrelated issues or incidents that occur during your shift
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in proper working condition

Experience:

Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required
Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
First Aid/CPR certification is highly desirable
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is an asset
