Description

As the Country Manager for North Baltimore, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the sales organization is aligned with the appropriate objectives and priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning national accounts
  • Managing sales and channel promotion activities
  • Expanding new direct and indirect sales channels by negotiating and finalizing distribution agreements, as well as retaining copies for the company
  • Creating and managing new sales channels, with a focus on effective sales throughout the distribution chain
  • Representing and promoting the company's brands
  • Increasing visibility and awareness of the company's brands
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to share data and knowledge
  • Developing new propositions and commercial packages to drive business growth
  • Implementing upselling strategies for existing product portfolio and future product proposals
  • Negotiating with external businesses to align the company's strengths in distribution
  • Continuously monitoring and understanding the competitive market, and devising promotional incentives, merchandising activities, and pricing strategies
  • Generating new orders on a daily basis
  • Following up with distributors for delivery and payments
  • Maintaining and updating a weekly sales pipeline, tracking performance of regional distributor accounts, and managing them to meet agreed targets and KPI
