Parker Service, Inc is looking to hire a Call Taker to join our growing team Parker's is a family-owned and operated towing service that has over 5 locations throughout the Fort Wayne area, more than 140 large and small hook trucks/equipment and over 120 employees.

Pay starts at $16.00/hour with potential for growth
Hours:
6pm to 6 am; Swing Shift Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Customers Over the Phone
- Using a Computer Program for Call Taking, Dispatching, and GPS Tracking
- Taking Credit Card Payments
- Keeping Accurate Records
Qualifications:
- Previous Dispatching or Roadside Assistance experience preferred, but not needed
- Ability to Multitask
- Communication Skills
- Adaptability
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to Work in Both Team and Independent Settings
- Willing to Learn
- Ability to Handle High Pressure Situations
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
