Do good at Lafim-Diakonie for the elderly.

We are looking for a qualified caregiver (m/f/d) to join our team at the Evangelical Senior Center Bethesda, located at Mahlower Straße 148 in 14513 Teltow.

This position is available immediately, either full-time or part-time.

Our center, surrounded by a rural atmosphere, has been providing full-time care, short-term care, and respite care since 2012 in eight residential communities, each with 12 residents in single rooms with private bathrooms.

Each community also has a terrace or balcony. The center is conveniently located near bus and train stops.

Your role will involve promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individualized, activating, and holistic care and support.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing the care and support services, ensuring their quality and effectiveness.
