    Accounts Payable Specialist
    Tampa, FL

    About the Company looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist

    • Our client is a leading construction firm and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounting team

    Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
    • The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with AP duties, including processing a high volume of invoices per day
    • The Accounts Payable Specialist will generate reports on paid and outstanding invoices
    • Assist in communicating with vendors and building relationships
    • Be an integral part of the electronic document transition team

    Experience preferred for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • Accounts Payable experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Friendly attitude
