Your responsibilities:

  • We look forward to your active support in recruiting new employees for our regional company
  • You take care of posting job advertisements, initiating personnel marketing measures, and ensuring the smooth running of our application processes
  • Preselecting candidates is just as much a part of your agenda as conducting phone interviews or organizing job interviews and selection days
  • You also create evaluations, reports, and presentations and coordinate further training measures

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or initial work experience
  • Committed, structured, and reliable work style with a high level of service orientation
  • Quick comprehension and good understanding of numbers
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of varied tasks
  • Knowledge of MS Office
