- Implementing individualized instructional programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Supporting the implementation of behavioral programming for students
- Assisting with crisis response and management
- Collecting and analyzing data on behavior
- Assisting with assessment procedures and intervention methods
- Providing behavior support services and crisis intervention
- Collaborating with school personnel and parents/guardians
- Participating in Individualized Education Plan meetings
- Following specific management guidelines for each student
- Performing related duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)
- Experience in ABA intervention preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
- Ability to work with students with behavioral challenges
- Completion of necessary training and certifications
- Compassion and consistency when working with children
- Flexibility and adaptability in assignments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic subjects and child development concepts
- Basic PC operating skills
