CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY*Conduct document and file reviews*Obtain, organize, and maintain documentation, evidence, and information regarding case matters*Help manage timelines and deadlines*Facilitate document production*Conduct records searches*Triage incoming division inquiries*Prepare coresspondence,*Intake complaints and allegations of misconduct*Prepare case reports*Present case summaries/updates*May be tasked with special projects on an as-needed basis CLIENT'S REQUIRED EDUCATION &


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    *High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred*Experience in managing case files*Comprehension of employment laws and statues related to employee discipline and discharge, including understanding of due process matters, preferred*Excellent organizational skills*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with varied audiences*Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters simultaneously*Proficien in MS Office Suite*Must be able to pass background check*Candidates will be asked to complete a placement exercise prior to being selected for an interviewDTG COMPANY OVERVIEWDelta-T Group's mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative referral solutions, for the social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seeking new opportunities and those needing care and support
