Your daily life:


Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, the Manager, People & Culture Business Partner will contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of human resources efforts and programs for the company.

As a key partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to various Eddyfi subsidiaries, focusing on developing talent and culture-centric personnel management plans.

The individual in this role will be responsible for addressing company priorities and achieving performance objectives by proposing and implementing people-centered solutions.

In this role, you will:


  • Act as a business partner by strategically collaborating with the leadership team and managers in a multisite matrixed work environment.
  • Understand the business plans, priorities, objectives, and operational environment of your client groups to translate business needs into integrated and highimpact HR solutions.
  • Influence and coach managers to foster high engagement within their teams, providing guidance and support with employee relations while ensuring that company values prevail, and outcomes comply with relevant legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with the talent acquisition team and support recruitment initiatives by being at the forefront of workforce planning and talent identification across the organization.
  • Identify learning and development solutions to build futurefocused capabilities within the assigned client groups, collaborating with talent management on strategy and delivery of required needs.
  • Enhance and optimize the employee experience to ensure high engagement.
  • Manage and/or support complex labor relations issues.
  • Oversee the annual salary review cycle and offcycle adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with other global talent and culture professionals on various projects.
  • Support managers in their departmental structure.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business administration or relevant education and experience.
  • 7 + years of relevant experience, including HR business partnering (preferably in manufacturing, technology, or engineering).
  • International and/or multisite experience is a must have.
  • Team management experience, an asset.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of labor laws in the region where operations take place.
  • Ability to think, act, and execute at a strategic level and interact with senior executives from different groups.
  • Strong team player, and experience in coaching, development, and management of employees facing complex issues.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Natural inclination to be proactive, actionoriented, and resultsdriven.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work; and manage projects from conception to implementation with rigor.
  • Discretion, listening skills, and tact.
