- Develop and oversee the delivery of Hospice services, ensuring top-notch care for patients and families while complying with state and federal regulations.
- Manage quality, cost, and compliance for the team of clinicians and patients.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance for budget and volume target reviews.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and growth in collaboration with the corporate team and peer Clinical Directors.
- Plan and lead weekly Clinical Case Conferences.
- Provide supervision to the Clinical Supervisor on daily office operations.
- Conduct staff meetings and offer education to team members on clinical and corporate updates.
- Assist with HR functions including recruitment, hiring, and team member development.
- Orient and mentor new team members.
- Carry out RN Supervisory visits.
- Critical Care Experience Preferred.
- 5+ years of Healthcare experience, particularly in Home Health or Hospice.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of PA with knowledge of Healthcare regulations.
- Familiarity with Agency's policies and procedures.
- Ability to supervise, guide, and enhance the skills and performance of service personnel.
