    DH Pace Company, Inc.aspires to hire an Administrative Sales Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX You will assist with various departmental functions, including order entry, sales contract review/processing, and communication between sales professionals and customers.     Job Responsibilities:
    • Handle internal and external communication with different sales professionals and customers
    • Order Entry - Contracts and Change-Orders
    • Assist with Sales Reports and Final Billing
    • Handle inquiries between purchasing, scheduling, and sales
    • Manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in the surrounding areas as needed
    • Other duties may be assigned
    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum of two (2+) years of customer service and administrative experience preferred
    • Administrative experience in the construction industry a plus
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Computer proficient - Experience with Excel preferred
    • Detail-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
