As the primary digitalization partner of the German Armed Forces, we provide stable, secure and efficient IT services both domestically and internationally, from basic operations to the operational level, contributing to the continuous improvement of the leadership and operational capabilities of the German Armed Forces. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernize one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are passionate about developing the German Armed Forces' IT in challenging digitalization projects and making a contribution to the security of Germany.

The Central Operations (CO) department is at the heart of Shared Service Operations (SSO) and is responsible for ensuring smooth operations while considering efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Unified Communication Backoffice (UCB) operates the Unified Communication Services (Phone & Video) for both customers and internal IT. This includes the national landline and mobile communication for the German Armed Forces and the BWI.

Your tasks:

  • Monitoring of central phone and video backoffice systems
