Spa 7 is looking for a full
time Guest Coordinator at their South Lamar Location about 25-30 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities of this role:
- Book and Rebook clients
- Maintain strong relationships with Member/client base
- Sell, up sell and cross sell on all our unlimited packages
- Maintain knowledge on all beauty Services we offer
Other Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and expand relationships with potential and current customers
- Develop a "Focus" customer list through profiling and field engagement efforts
- Maintain account information
- Identify and report on competitive trends
- Strong drive towards goals and proven track record of quota achievement
- Strong experience in direct/consultative sales.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Resultsfocused, teamoriented and a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Must have experience with Booker and other marketing software
- Must be able to work on evenings and Saturdays
- Knowledge of Salon/Med Spa services
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer Service in Spa: 2 years (preferred)
