    Job Description


    General Responsibilities
    The Site Installation Supervisor II plays a crucial role in overseeing mechanical and general installation activities on-site for BEUMER system projects. This position involves coordinating contractors and workers to ensure high-quality work in a safe manner, meeting project objectives effectively.
    At times, the Site Installation Supervisor II may lead a site independently or collaborate with another lead. Responsibilities encompass managing conveyors, integrated systems, and third-party or customer equipment on-site.
    This role involves frequent travel.
    Leadership and Teamwork
    • Promote safe construction practices in line with BEUMER objectives and policies.
    • Adhere to project scope and contract work authorization details.
    • Document contractor activities, provide progress reports, and ensure quality assurance.
    • Support project management through various tasks.
    • Maintain professional relationships with site and project personnel.
    • Manage installation tasks, coordinate workflows, and ensure a clean work environment.
    • Travel domestically and internationally.
    • Handle other assigned duties.
    Technical and Quality
    • Supervise Contractors, Supervisors, and departments.
    • Support equipment start-up and commissioning.
    • Review mechanical drawings and ensure installation quality.
    • Adhere to specifications and manage site logistics.
    • Ensure a safe work environment and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
    • Handle material sourcing and propose cost-effective solutions.
    • Perform assigned duties effectively.
    Qualifications


    Requirements / Skills / Abilities
    • Minimum of 5 years of electro/mechanical experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to interpret installation drawings.
    • Hold certifications for equipment operation.
    • Welding skills and ability to travel extensively.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
    • Physical capabilities for heavy lifting and material handling.
    • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
    • Computer literacy including MS Office.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    Required Certifications / Licenses
    • OSHA 30 Trainer Qualification, First Aid Trainer Qualification, Equipment Trainer Qualification, and valid Driver's License.
    Commitment Required
    Dedication to meeting goals, genuine care for team members, and willingness to travel extensively.
