Full Job DescriptionResponsibilities
*Perform daily cleaning and organization of kitchen, dinning area, and storage
*Prep and display breakfast items each morning for our guest
*Assist with inventory
*Other duties as assigned by management
*Must have a Food Handler Manager Certificate
*Must maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and breakfast area.
Qualifications
*Must speak English *Able to work alone and stay on task *Must be able to stand and walk for a majority of shifts *Lift and carry approximately 25lbs at times during shipment receiving and/or food prep *Must be available on weekends *Days off will rotate as required by hotel occupancy *5am-10am Monday through Friday and 6:00am-11:00am Saturday and Sunday (Subject to change in the future as hotel occupancy dictates)
