Responsibilities:
As a domestic worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team (social workers, job trainers, occupational therapists, psychologists).

Through individual and group settings, you will play an important role in our sociotherapeutic work by providing guidance in daily structured projects with a focus on everyday support in our external living groups.

You will contribute to the implementation of care plans, as well as the care and support of people with addiction problems.

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training
Experience in guiding people in difficult situations
Independent work ethic, personal stability, and resilience
Manual dexterity and creativity
Flexible working hours with willingness to work shifts and weekends
Team and conflict management skills
High social competence and willingness to cooperate
Positive, respectful attitude and enjoyment of work
Driver's license
