Kruse Village is looking for an Activity Aide to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted and memory care community.
This position is responsible for supporting the Activities Director in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established community policies and procedures to assure that an on-going programming of activities are designed to meet the interests and the physical, spiritual, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
