We are currently seeking a kitchen assistant (m/f/d) for the IntercityHotel Bremen, starting as soon as possible, in full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week).


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the production area
  • Preparation and creation of small dishes
  • Preparation, monitoring and replenishment of the breakfast buffet
  • Cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces
  • Proper control and storage of food
  • Mise en place preparation for the kitchen area
  • Cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment
  • General cleaning tasks in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen and storage areas

Qualifications:

  • You have experience as a kitchen assistant or a strong motivation to learn in this area
  • You work with a focus on quality, cleanliness and hygiene
  • You work independently and reliably
  • You have a confident and wellgroomed appearance
  • You have good knowledge of German
  • Career changers are welcome
