Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Essential Functions


  • Employee Supervision
  • Ensure that all cold/hot items and condiments for meal times according to quantities as written on the "Daily Production List." Ensure on presentation of patient trays including meal accuracy, meal temperature and to ensure timely tray delivery.
  • Responsible for smooth operation of cafeteria, doctor's dining and caterings during shift.
  • Adheres to Facility's Emergency Preparedness Program, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other mandatory programs in the Facility as appropriate.
  • Organization
  • Maintains organization throughout the shift in the FANS area
  • Prioritize day appropriately according to events of the day
  • Ensure all reports/documentations are done appropriately
  • Teamwork
  • Assists other team members when necessary. Asks for help when necessary.
  • Assists management in anyway conducive to the efficient operation of the food service department
  • Communication
  • Effectively communicates product and equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for knowing schedule and checking out with management before leaving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a company approved uniform.
  • Education: Minimum of high school degree or GED.
  • Must be able to work in a teamoriented environment.
  • Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping and bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
